The Knowlton Township Fire and Rescue Company responded to the crash in the westbound lanes near milepost 6.7 shortly before 7:30 a.m.

The driver was quickly extricated and had suffered minor injuries, the rescue company said.

The driver was taken to Pocono Medical Center by St. Luke's/Knowlton EMS while crew members searched through piles of spilled debris to find the victim’s lost medications and other important documents.

Two of three right lanes were temporarily closed following the crash, according to 511NJ:
